What is your return and refund policy?

Our 3D-printed steps are made on demand, and we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Manufacturing defects are covered by our 30-day conditional refund policy from delivery. We normally offer a replacement first; if a replacement cannot be completed or a second item fails, we provide a refund as described in the policy. For the full terms, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Are exchanges possible?

Exchanges may be arranged under our special process. First, contact us to confirm the correct vehicle and rail fitment, then purchase the preferred items. Keep your original items unused and properly packaged; we may request photos. If another customer purchases the original configuration, we arrange a shipping label and refund the original order once its shipment to that customer is confirmed en route. See the full policy for details.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Standard shipping is free in Canada. U.S. customers are responsible for applicable import duties, tariffs, and taxes; shipping charges may apply. Orders can take up to 15 business days to process, with an estimated up to 15 additional business days for delivery. Hawaii may incur extra shipping costs, in which case we will contact you. Carrier, weather, or production delays can occur. Please see our Shipping Policy for current terms. No shipping service can guarantee exemption from customs charges.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number. Use that number on the carrier's website to check delivery progress. If you need help, contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Available cards and express-payment options can vary depending on your location and device.

How are the steps manufactured?

We design and produce vehicle-specific steps using additive manufacturing (3D printing) in British Columbia, Canada. Material selection and features vary by product and application; check the product listing and installation instructions for details.

How do I install my steps?

Installation depends on the product and rail configuration. Many ResilientZ steps first engage with a snap-fit onto a compatible rock slider, while some designs include clips, secondary retention, or security hardware. Always follow the instructions for your exact model and avoid forcing a step onto an incompatible rail. If you are unsure about your fitment, send us a photo of your rock slider before installation.

How do I remove the steps?

Removal procedures vary by model. Some require releasing a clip or removing a security fastener before disengaging the step. Follow the model-specific instructions and support the step during removal. Do not rely on forceful kicks, sharp impacts, or metal prying that could damage the step or vehicle. Contact us if you need the correct instructions.

How much weight can the steps support?

Load performance depends on the step design, mounting rail, installation, and use conditions, so a single universal weight rating should not be assumed for every product. The steps are intended as vehicle-access aids, not as jacking, recovery, or tie-down points. Avoid jumping and sudden impact loads. For model-specific use guidance, contact ResilientZ.

How do I confirm which steps fit my vehicle?

Fitment depends on your vehicle's model, model year, trim, and exact rock-slider or rail configuration, not just the vehicle name. Review the fitment information and photos in the product listing before ordering. If your setup is uncertain, send us your vehicle details and a clear photo of the rail. Do not assume steps for different Tacoma, Tundra, Jeep, Colorado, or other slider configurations are interchangeable.
